Returns for Full-Price ItemsItems purchased at full price online are eligible for a refund if returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this 10-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


Refund Details

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Final Sale ItemsThe following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Promotional items

  • Night Wears and Lingerie


Return Condition RequirementsTo be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • All original tags must be attached


Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


Incorrect ItemsIf you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
